Lu Xiaochun, Secretary of CPC Shanghai Municipal Working Committee of Economy and Informatization, presided over the meeting and took the lead in read-through communication. Mr. Lu made requests for the seminar. He stressed that first , it is important to consolidate the learning results. Second, it is necessary to implement the provisions of thematic education. In light of the actual situation, it is a must to take the promotion of the spirit of the cadres and the solution of the main problems that restrict the development of Shanghai's industry and information technology as the foothold of thematic education. Third, it is advisable to study and implement well the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech in the 15th collective study of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee, carry forward the spirit of self-revolution, and further promote thematic education.
Mr. Wu expressed that the purpose of high-quality development of industrial economy is to satisfy people's yearning for a better life. It is important for the leading group and Party members to take an active part in the work, keep pace with the times, and be passionate; It is also necessary to be creative and strive to break through bottlenecks and ceilings; What's more, it is a must to be responsible, serve well to the enterprises, and contribute to the central work.
The participants expressed that they will learn the original works well, integrate knowledge with practice, and strive to be baptized in ideological and political education, be brave in starting an undertaking, and solve difficult problems for the people. It is necessary to combine thematic education with the current work of industry and information technology to ensure that thematic education achieves solid results.
Mr. Tai affirmed the various measures taken by the Commission since the thematic education was carried out. He pointed out that the mobilization conference reflects the sense of responsibility and mission of the leading group as well as all the Party members in the committee. Industry and information technology work is an important part of the city's economic and social development. We all have a heavy mission. Through thematic education, it is a must to keep our minds, shoulder our mission, find gaps and implement them. It is also necessary to transform learning results into practical measures to promote the development of industry and information technology, and take on the responsibility of the industry and information sector.
During the conference, the Party Committee also insisted on integrating theory with practice, conducted joint research and study on artificial intelligence, visited the special exhibition on the construction of a clean government, and transformed the achievements of thematic education into practical measures.
