On March 6th, Lu Xiaochun, Secretary of CPC Shanghai Municipal Working Committee of Economy and Informatization, visited the Party committee of Luneng Group (Shanghai) for research. The team visited the Central Enterprise Service Station of the Expo Regional Integrated Service Center. A workshop on work reporting was also held.
At the meeting, Mr. Lu affirmed the contribution of the Group to Shanghai’s economic and social development. He also hoped that the CPC of the Group could give full play to the leading role of party organizations, enhance political awareness , overall situation awareness, strengthen strategic thinking and innovative thinking. What's more, it is also important to improve the ability of serving the overall situation, focus on implementing the strategy of "three major tasks and one major platform". It is also necessary to strengthen the ability to organize the broad masses of workers and grasp the new trend of industrial development to promote the transformation of the company. On the other side, it is wise to further integrate into the economic and social development of Shanghai, follow the world's first-class level, accelerate the construction and upgrading of the urban power energy network, and do a good job in power supply and service security. In addition, it is a must to implement innovation, give full play to the group advantages of the State Grid system, strengthen cooperation with other brother units, and further improve power service. Last but not least, it is advisable to promote the Party building service, explore new mechanisms, models and methods, and help the development of Party building in the Expo area to a higher level.
Mr. Lu stressed that in this institutional reform, according to the specific deployment of the Organizational Department of the Municipal Committee, the CPC of Luneng has been adjusted from the unit of the original Municipal Cooperative Exchange Work Party Committee to CPC Shanghai Municipal Working Committee of Economy and Informatization. It is necessary for relevant divisions to speed up the implementation of the transfer of subordinates, further improve the docking service, and promote the better integration of the central units into the economic and social development of Shanghai.
