Wang Zhan, Chairman of Shanghai Federation of Social Science Associations, was invited to give a report. Mr. Wang introduced the complicated and changeable economic situation at home and abroad, interpreted the central economic work and the important spirit of the Sixth Plenary Session of the Eleventh Municipal Committee in depth, analyzed and judged the difficulties and future situation faced by China's economic development, and put forward ideas for the full implementation of the "Three New Major Tasks".
Mr. Lu put forward three requirements for the opening work of the commission system: First of all, it is important to accurately grasp the current economic situation, strengthen analysis, take effective measures, focus on the beginning, creatively implement the major arrangements of the Central and Municipal Committees, so as to make the work exciting and effective. Second, it is necessary to focus on key areas such as integrated circuits, artificial intelligence and biomedicine, make breakthroughs in key industries, promote the deep integration of advanced manufacturing and modern service industries, consolidate and enhance the energy level of the real economy, and create a good business environment. Third, it is a must to give full play to the creativity of cadres, strengthen the responsibility of leaders, play a leading role in the model, and achieve new progress in the implementation of major tasks. Party organizations at all levels should establish a clear employment orientation, create a strong atmosphere of creativity, and guide cadres to be enthusiastic in their career, and brave in the face of difficulties and challenges.
