On the morning of December 18th, 2018, the 3rd Development Conference of China Block Chain Technology and Industry Development Forum 2018 was held at Hongkou District. Fu Xinhua, Vice Chairman of Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization, Zhao Bo, President of China Electronics Standardization Institute, and Yuan Quan, Deputy District Head of Hongkou District, were present and made speeches.
Mr. Fu expressed that Shanghai is a city that actively supports and encourages the innovation and development of emerging information technology.As a national economic, financial, trade and shipping center, Shanghai has a large number of application scenarios in the fields of finance, shipping, supply chain and traceability, which provides convenience for the application of block chain technology.In recent years, Shanghai has steadily promoted the application of block chain technology, showing the active exploration and layout considerations in the application of block chain technology and industrial development.The city also creates a good atmosphere for the development of block chain enterprises and research institutions guided by standardization, pragmatism and internationalization. What's more, on the premise of controllable risk, Shanghai actively carries out pilot application.
At the forum, Mr. Fu and President Zhao Bo unveiled Shanghai Block Chain Technology Evaluation Service Center. Jiang Liqun, Director of Shanghai Information Security Testing Evaluation and Certification Center, issued the group standard "General Specification for Technical Safety of Block Chain (T/SSIA 0002-2018)", and introduced the background of standard compilation, design ideas and main contents.The establishment of technical evaluation service center and the issuance of block chain group standards will play an important supporting role in guiding and standardizing the development of block chain industry.
The event was hosted by China Electronics Standardization Institute."2018 Research Report of China Block Chain Technology and Application Development " was also released.
