On the morning of November 27th, the 2018 China Geothermal International Forum and the High-end International Engineering Science and Technology Forum of Geothermal Resources Utilization, hosted by the Chinese Academy of Engineering and Sinopec Group, was held in Shanghai. Chen Mingbo, Chairman of Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization, was present and made a speech.
Mr. Chen pointed out that Shanghai actively implements the national energy development strategy to promote supply-side structural reform, institutional innovation and mode transformation, and accelerate the construction of a clean, green, safe and efficient modern energy system.During the 13th Five-Year Plan, Shanghai will accelerate the development of new energy industry and promote geothermal energy according to local conditions.
