On October 31th, the first mobilization meeting for energy security work and public utilities of China International Import Expo was held. Relevant leaders attended the meeting, including Chen Mingbo, Chairman of Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization, Zhang Jianming, Vice Chairman, Huang Yongping, Director of Municipal Construction Committee, Chen Yuanming, Deputy Director of Municipal Water Affairs Bureau, Zhang Junli and Ma Sulong, leader of State Grid Shanghai Municipal Electric Power Company, and leaders from Shanghai Power Grid, City Investment Group, ShenergyGroup and National Convention and Exhibition Center.
Mr. Chen thanked all the comrades in the group of energy security and public utilities for their hard work.He pointed out that it is a must to follow the requirement of the city service, focus on the goal of energy security, perfect the work and ensure everything is in place. First, it is important to further enhance political standing and sense of responsibility. Second, it is necessary to further strengthen co-ordination and ensure that all initiatives are implemented. And third, it is a must to further focus on important links to ensure that the key tasks are settled. He hoped everyone would do best to ensure the success of the first CIIE with excellence.
