On October 11th, Chen Mingbo, Chairman of Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization, visited the Eighth Research Institute of China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation for research. Relevant leaders were present, includingWu Jincheng, Vice Chairman of Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization, Wei Ping,Deputy Director of Shanghai Municipal Office of Science, Technology and Industry of National Defense, Dai Shoulun, Director of the Eighth Research Institute of China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation, Wang Haoping, Deputy Director of the Institute, and Jiang Wen, President of Shanghai Aviation Industrial(Group)Co.,Ltd.
Mr. Chen listened to the report on the 13th Five-Year Plan as well as the ideas and measures of integrating into Shanghaieconomy and social development. He also visitedthe system simulation center of 805 Department, high reliability production lines for lithium ion batteries of 811 Department, on-orbit data management center, factory of 149 Department and Shanghai Aerospace civil fusion product exhibition. He expressed that it is important todeepen business reform, innovate development concepts and mechanisms, and integrate closely with Shanghaieconomic and social development.It is also necessary to focus on the long-term development, position, market demand and resources to promote civilian industry while undertaking the national strategic tasks. What's more, he encouraged the institute to make good plan, give full play to their professional advantages and enhance civil military integration.
