Artificial intelligence represents the future development trend and is of great significance to the urban development of Shanghai. We must firmly grasp the opportunities, focus on scientific and educational resources, application scenarios, massive data, infrastructure and other advantages, and strive to create a high ground for artificial intelligence development. At present, many well-known artificial intelligence companies are gradually deploying their operations in Shanghai, which will help to further form an agglomeration effect and build a good ecosystem for the development of artificial intelligence. We will continue to optimize the business environment, open up various application scenarios, provide better services and create better conditions for artificial intelligence enterprises to develop in Shanghai.

He noted that Shanghai is vigorously promoting the reform of the government's "deregulation, administration and services" with "one-stop online processing" as an important symbol, and strives to create a more rule-based, international and convenient business environment and a fair, unified and efficient market for Chinese and foreign enterprises. Tang Zhiping, Secretary General of Shanghai Municipal Government, attended the signing ceremony, which was hosted by Mr. Ma Chunlei, Deputy Secretary General of Shanghai Municipal Committee of the Communist Party. Changning District also signed a partnership agreement with iFlytek, and the relevant business headquarters and artificial intelligence research institute of iFlytek will be located at Changning.
