On September 20th, 2018 International Industrial Internet Conference was held at the National Exhibition and Convention Center(Shanghai). The conference was hosted by the Organizing Committee of China International Industry Fair and organized by Donghao Lansheng Group. In the same period, the Forum on Intelligent Manufacturing Opportunities Driven by Industrial Internet of Things was also held.
The conference received strong support from the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology (CAICT) and the Alliance of Industrial Internet. Gao Wenwei, Vice President of Donghao Lansheng Group, attended the conference and made a speech. Xu Heyuan, Deputy Chief Engineer of CAICT, and Tian Rihui, Deputy Executive Director of Industrial Big Data Application Alliance, introduced the industrial policy orientation from different angles.
As the foothold of the deep integration of new-generation information technology and manufacturing industry, industrial internet has become a priority strategic choice for industrial transformation and theoretical method innovation in major countries. Accelerating the development of advanced manufacturing industry, promoting the deep integration of Internet, big data, artificial intelligence and real economy, cultivating new growth points and forming new momentum have become the inevitable ways to build manufacturing power for the state. As a pioneer city of industrial internet in China, Shanghai bases on the comparative advantages of industry and information technology in the whole nation. Shanghai vigorously promotes the innovation and development of industrial internet in top-level design, ecological cultivation and regional cooperation. What's more, the city also promotes the transformation of "Made in Shanghai" to "Intelligent Made in Shanghai", helping to build the brand of the city.
As one of the main forums in more than 60 forum events, the conference was also the third session of the Forum since paying close attention to the topic of "Industrial Internet". The theme of this conference was "Innovating Intelligent Technology leads the Future of Manufacturing". It started with the needs of the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing enterprises, integrated the innovative technology of industrial Internet, industrial software and system solutions, as well as industrial Internet application cases. The conference ran through the industrial chain of industrial internet and focused on the core of industrial resource allocation, helping to transform and upgrade industries.
The conference included industrial internet policy sharing, industry prospects and round table discussions. The authoritative organizations and leading enterprises of industrial Internet at home and abroad, including Industrial Internet Consortium (IIC), the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology (CAICT), Heading for Intelligence Research Institute, Lenovo, Intel, Huawei and Tsinghua Cloud Engine, shared their practical experience on data intelligence, industrial APP, and intelligent manufacturing.
