1. 2024 Top 100 Hardcore Technology Enterprises in Shanghai revealed
Hardcore technology refers to the cutting-edge technologies in the high-tech sector, and it is also the direction mark of future industrial development. In order to cultivate and expand hardcore technology enterprises, promote breakthroughs in future industrial innovation, and create a “wind vane” for industrial innovation, under the guidance of Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization, Shanghai Industrial Technology Innovation Promotion Association and Shanghai Industrial Safety Monitoring and Early Warning Research Center carried out research on the innovation index of hard-core technology enterprises and establish a rating system. At 2024 Shanghai Industrial Technology Innovation Conference, Shanghai Municipal Industrial Technology Innovation Promotion Association and Shanghai Association for Science and Tech released the list of "2024 Top 100 Hardcore Technology Enterprises in Shanghai". The companies on the list are mainly concentrated in the "3+6" industrial system, with an average R&D expenditure of RMB810 million, an average number of high-value patents of 1,454, and an average number of PCT patents of 77, which feature strong innovation capabilities and fruitful innovation achievements.
2. Create the main engine of innovation and seize new opportunities in the future - 2024 Shanghai Industrial Technology Innovation Conference successfully held
The conference held the award ceremony of 2023 World Future Industries Competition, and issued certificates for the winners of the Future Industries Super Awards, Future Industries Excellent Partners, and Future Industry Pioneer Partners. As the first future industry-oriented competition in China, the World Future Industries Competition has attracted a total of 536 high-energy projects and high-level talents from 8 overseas countries and 14 Chinese provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions) to participate. In 2024, the competition will be upgraded in an all-round way around the five major aspects of track field, area coverage, evaluation rules, prizes and exhibition linkage. The internationality and coverage of the competition will be further improved, providing important support for Shanghai to build a future highland of industrial innovation.
