According to this progress, Shanghai plans to complete the evaluation and diagnosis of intelligent manufacturing of 10,000 factories above designated size by 2025, which will be completed significantly ahead of schedule with a high probability. No matter whether smart factories have been built or are under construction, there is a rigid requirement-the proportion of green electricity must reach more than 25%.
The “Opinions of Shanghai Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China on Deeply Studying and Implementing General Secretary Xi Jinping’s Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, Deepening High-level Reform and Opening-up and Promoting High-quality Development”, which was reviewed and approved at the Third Plenary Session of the 12th Shanghai Municipal Committee, clearly stated that "six key industries should be given priority to promote intelligent, green and integrated development". At present, the hot evaluation and construction of smart factories is a vivid portrayal of the development of six key industries in Shanghai.
It is reported that by 2025, Shanghai will build another 20 benchmark intelligent factories and 200 demonstration intelligent factories, and drive the application of 20,000 new industrial robots.
Since 2021, the total output value of industrial enterprises above designated size in Shanghai has remained at RMB4 trillion. In Shanghai, where land is precious and scarce, a large number of manufacturing can be left behind and contribute high-quality output value, and intelligent manufacturing is indispensable. Last year, the automobile industry, one of the six key industries, had an output value of over RMB800 billion, accounting for 20% of the city's total industrial output value.
Under the "three modernizations", Shanghai has strengthened the leading function of high-end industries, strived to master the core links of the industrial chain, and really relied on it to occupy the high-end position of the value chain.
In the automotive field, from the data of Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informationization, the output of new energy vehicles in Shanghai last year was 990,000, accounting for about 14% of the country. In the field of high-end equipment, C919 aircraft completed its first commercial flight, ARJ21 regional aircraft was put into commercial operation, the first domestic large-scale cruise ship floated in dock, Xuelong 2 polar scientific research icebreaker and other leading ships were launched one after another, and the world's first kilometer-class high-temperature superconducting cable was officially put into operation.
Some new leading advantages are taking shape. Shanghai has become the first city in China to include robot density in statistics. At present, the robot density is 260 units/10, 000 people, which is more than twice the international average. Last year, the scale of Shanghai's intelligent equipment industry exceeded RMB100 billion, becoming one of the largest exporters of intelligent manufacturing system integration solutions in China. At present, Shanghai has formed 26 influential industrial Internet platforms, linking 1.2 million enterprises and 8.22 million sets of equipment nationwide. For example, EnOS, a long-term industrial Internet platform, can not only cope with the intermittent fluctuation of wind power photovoltaic power generation, but also be good at energy storage prediction. Now it has been connected to 560 GW of new energy assets worldwide, which is equivalent to the average power load of 20 Shanghai. Based on EnOS, the long-term zero-carbon industrial park model has been rapidly replicated at home and abroad, including helping Nike China build the first "scenery integration" zero-carbon smart logistics park and helping Boehringer Ingelheim build a leading factory for carbon neutrality in Asia.
The "Three-year Action Plan for Promoting High-quality Development of Manufacturing Industry in Shanghai (2023-2025)" issued in June this year proposes to build four trillion-RMB industrial clusters of electronic information, life and health, automobiles and high-end equipment, and two RMB500 billion industrial clusters of advanced materials and fashion consumer goods. The scale targets of the six key industries have been compacted. High-quality blueprint comes first, and intelligence, greening and integration are the pilot lights to achieve these goals.

A few days ago, at the certification ceremony of the 37th batch of regional headquarters and R&D centers of multinational corporations and the centralized signing ceremony of foreign investment projects in Shanghai, four projects were signed and landed in Anting, Jiading, among which Piolan Energy, Faurecia Hydrogen Energy and Zhuangxin Wan Feng were all "new four modernizations" (electrification, intelligence, networking and sharing) projects of automobiles.
As a key component enterprise of Jiading Hydrogen Energy Port, Piolan Energy (Shanghai) Energy Technology Co., Ltd. will produce and provide Type III and IV high-pressure hydrogen storage bottles and hydrogen storage systems for China's commercial vehicle market. According to the relevant cooperation agreement, Piolan Energy will invest in the construction of a production base in Jiading Hydrogen Energy Port by stages, and gradually start to produce and sell high-pressure hydrogen storage systems. In order to meet the growing demand of the Chinese market, the company will also build a factory with an annual output of 60,000 Type IV high-pressure hydrogen storage bottles.
The signing and construction of these projects is the epitome of the high-quality industrial development of Anting Town in the first half of the year. As an important industrial town in Jiading, an "automobile city", in the first half of this year, Anting Town newly introduced 31 projects worth RMB100 million, many of which were automobile "new four modernizations" projects, with remarkable achievements in industrial transformation and upgrading, quality improvement and efficiency improvement.
It is reported that in the first half of the year, Anting Town completed an industrial output value of RMB63.69 billion above designated size, a year-on-year increase of 14.5%; The output value of the completed regional regulations was RMB46.78 billion, up 17.1% year-on-year. In terms of the "new four modernizations" of automobiles, the output value of Anting Town completed the "new four modernizations" of automobiles in the first half of the year was about RMB45.6 billion, accounting for nearly 70% of Jiading.
