On February 11th, Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization held a workshop on Shanghai Industrial Transformation and Upgrading Investment Fund. The meeting discussed and exchanged a number of topics, including accelerating the cultivation, expansion and development of "new kinetic energy", focusing on strengthening the layout of "new track", reinforcing "terminal drive", improving forward-looking research and judgment on new technologies, formats and models, and giving play to the leading role of each sub-fund in industry guidance. Zhang Hongtao, Chief Engineer of Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization,presided over the meeting. Relevant responsible persons of Shanghai Municipal Finance Bureau, Shanghai Industrial Transformation Fund Management Company and sub-fund management institutions such as Beyond Moore, Linsong Venture Capital, Lingang Venture Capital, Shenzhen Venture Capital (Shanghai), Shanshan Venture Capital, Venture Relay, Lianxin Capital and Jinpu Health attended the event.
2.The Summit Forum of "Design Drives Industry Innovation and Development" was held(2.21)
On the afternoon of February 18th, the Summit Forum of "Design Drives Industry Innovation and Development", the closing event of Shanghai's series of activities to build a world-class "Design Capital", was successfully held at Friendship Hall of Shanghai Exhibition Center. Ruan Li, Vice Chairman of Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization, and Shi Fang, Deputy Head of Yangpu District Government attended the event and delivered speeches.
At the Forum, representatives of the Commission, district economic commissions and commercial commissions awarded licenses to a new batch of 45 municipal design innovation centers and 35 design leading demonstration enterprises. Shanghai continues to carry out this work, aiming at focusing on the fields of industry, construction, service and digital economy, and cultivating and exploring a number of enterprises with leading design level in the industry, leading the development of enterprises with design, and having demonstration and guiding significance, so thatcreative design will comprehensively drive new product R&D, product iteration and brand building, and cultivate new models and formats.
3. Innovation leadership and breakthrough--Shanghai Industrial Technology Innovation Policy Presentation Conference was held(2.22)
Recently, Shanghai Industrial Technology Innovation Policy Presentation Conference was held at Shanghai Institute of Electrical Science (Group) Co., Ltd. Zhang Hongtao, Chief Engineer of Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization, attended the event and delivered a speech. Wu Xiaodong, President of Shanghai Industrial Technology Innovation Promotion Association, Chairman of Shanghai Enterprise Technology Center Innovation Alliance and On-duty President of Shanghai Electrical Science Research Institute (Group) Co., Ltd. was present and addressed a speech.
The conference held the awarding ceremony of representatives of Shanghai Enterprise Technology Center in 2021 (27th batch). It invited responsible comrades from the Technological Progress Department of tShanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization, the Development Promotion Department of Shanghai Municipal Intellectual Property Office, the Social Science and Technology Department of Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Statistics and some professional service providers to interpret relevant policies and practical cases such as industrial technology innovation, enterprise technology center, high-quality development of enterprise patents, and statistics of scientific and technological activities.
4. Shanghai won the "Double Champion" of the National Intelligent Manufacturing Pilot Demonstration in 2021(2.22)
Recently, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Finance and the State Administration of Market Supervision jointly released the List of Units and Excellent Scenarios of Intelligent Manufacturing Demonstration Factories in 2021, and named 110 intelligent manufacturing demonstration factories and 241 excellent scenarios of intelligent manufacturing in China.
Five enterprises in Shanghai were awarded National Intelligent Manufacturing Pilot Demonstration Factories, and 20 scenarios were awarded National Intelligent Manufacturing Excellent Scenarios. The number of factories ranks first among cities in China, and the number of scenes ranks first among provinces and cities in China, making Shanghai a "double champion" city in the pilot demonstration of intelligent manufacturing in 2021. The awarded enterprises cover six key industries of electronic information, automobiles, high-end equipment, life and healthcare, advanced materials and fashion consumer goods.
