The reporter learned from Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization that in order to speed up the cultivation and expansion of new kinetic energy, Shanghai's industrial authorities have been working out a new track layout plan, especially in the fields of digital economy, green and low carbon, and metaverse, and at the same time support and cultivate intelligent terminals in a targeted manner.
At the digital economy track, in the past 2021, Shanghai has built 2 national-level benchmark intelligent factories, 5 municipal-level benchmark intelligent factories and 40 municipal-level intelligent factories. Online new economic ecological parks such as ChangyangXiudai and Zhangjiang Online have been widely known. Shanghai Data Exchange has been officially unveiled, and the first operational guidelines and positive lists for cross-border flow of intelligent networked automobile data in China have been released. According to the “Action Plan for Promoting Digital Transformation and Empowering High-quality Development of Shanghai Economy (2021-2023)”, Shanghai has made it clear that by 2023, it will achieve centralized breakthrough in more than 100 key technologies, cultivate more than 100 intelligent hardware products, introduce more than 100 new generation Internet enterprises and leading enterprises in digital economy, and build more than 50 traffic-based enterprises with market value exceeding RMB10 billion.
2. Shanghai International Friendship City Work Conference was held to create a "GreatFriendship City”(1-13)
On January 12th, Shanghai International Friendship City Work Conference was held at Shanghai Exhibition Center. Lin Songtian, President of the All-China Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries, sent a video message. In order to implement the Coordinated Development Plan of Manufacturing Industry in the Yangtze River Delta issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and drive the high-quality coordinated development of industries in the Yangtze River Delta, on the morning of January 18th, Zhang Hongtao, Chief Engineer of Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization, and Xu Xiaoyue, Deputy Director of the Economic Information Department of Zhejiang Province, had a discussion to jointly plan the key work of industrial cooperation between Shanghai and Zhejiang.
The two sides exchanged views on the work carried out by the economy and information technology departments of Shanghai and Zhejiang in industrial cooperation in recent years, summarized their working experience in promoting the industrial chain replenishment, chain fixation and chain strengthening in the Yangtze River Delta, and industrial innovation and development in the integrated demonstration zone, and focused on discussing relevant cooperation matters of the Yangtze River Delta Industrial Cooperation Special Group in 2022.
