Shanghai Municipal People's Government and China United Network Communications Group Co., Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation agreement for the 14th Five-Year Plan in Shanghai yesterday. Li Qiang, Secretary of CPC Shanghai Municipal Committee, and Gong Zheng, Deputy Secretary of CPC Shanghai Municipal Committee and Mayor of Shanghai Municipal Government, met with Wang Xiaochu, Chairman of China Unicom, and Chen Zhongyue, General Manager of China Unicom. Li Qiang thanked China Unicom for its long-term active participation and support for Shanghai's economic and social development. According to the agreement, the two parties will jointly deepen cooperation and interfacing around upgrading the energy level of information infrastructure, accelerating the construction of high-level computing capacity, applying digital transformation scenarios, opening and sharing data elements, and facilitating digital technology supply capacity, so as to provide strong support for Shanghai to build a global information and communication hub and an international digital capital with world influence.
Shanghai's new round of three-year action plans for "Four Brands" was released (8.05)

On the basis of the first round of four three-year action plans of "Service in Shanghai", "Made in Shanghai", "Shopping in Shanghai" and "Culture in Shanghai", Shanghai officially released a new round of three-year action plans (2021-2023) to promote "Four Brands" to play louder, spread farther and influence wider.

The first batch in China! The demonstration application of fuel cell vehicles in Shanghai City Cluster was officially approved (8.26)
Recently, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the National Development and Reform Commission and the National Energy Administration officially approved the demonstration application of fuel cell vehicles in Shanghai City Cluster as the first batch of demonstration city clusters.
Shanghai actively responded to the requirements of the Notice on Demonstration and Promotion of Fuel Cell Vehicles issued by five ministries and commissions and took the lead in actively carrying out the work related to the declaration of demonstration and application of fuel cell vehicles in city clusters. Shanghai takes the lead, looks at the whole country and vigorously implements the Yangtze River Delta integration strategy. Six cities and regions including Suzhou City and Nantong City in Jiangsu Province, Jiaxing City in Zhejiang Province, Zibo City in Shandong Province, Ningdong Energy and Chemical Industry Base in Ningxia and Erdos City in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region jointly established the "1+6" Shanghai City Cluster. Form a new demonstration model of fuel cell vehicle city cluster focusing on Yangtze River Delta linkage, industrial chain coordination and "medium and long distance + medium and heavy load" application scenarios, it concentrates on breaking through a number of core components, launching a number of high-end products, forming a number of Chinese standards, and building a fuel cell vehicle industrial cluster with the largest industrial scale, the best institutional environment and the strongest overall competitiveness.
Shanghai Information Service Industry Listing Compliance and Data Security Training Seminar was held (8.31)
On August 30th, under the joint guidance of Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization and the Network Office of CPC Shanghai Municipal Committee, Shanghai Information Service Industry Association and Shanghai Cyber Network Security Industry Innovation Research Institute hosted a special training seminar on listing compliance and data security of Shanghai’s information service industry, which was held at Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences. Zhang Ying, Vice Chairman of Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization, attended and delivered a speech. Yang Haijun, Chief Engineer of the Network Office of CPC Shanghai Municipal Committee, and responsible comrades of relevant departments of the NPC Legal Affairs Committee were present.
