Shanghai Chemical Industry Park regards the fight against the epidemic as the current top priority and quickly starts the emergency mechanism. Many enterprises in the park are key raw material producers of epidemic prevention supplies, which have organizedtheir employees to work overtime, give up vacations, adjust plans and increase and expand production in order to support the epidemic prevention and control efforts, race against time and win the battles.
2. The first charter flights arrived in Shanghai with imported prevention and control supplies (2.3)
According to the deployment of the Municipal Leadership Group for New Coronavirus Pneumonia Epidemic Prevention and Control, Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce has actively established a set of emergency response mechanisms with Shanghai Customs, Shanghai Municipal Drug Administration, China Eastern Airlines and other organizationsand authorities to fully implement the key tasks of supply security. At noon on January 31st, more than 380,000 sets of prevention and control supplies imported by Oriental International Group arrived in Shanghai from the Netherlands via the charter flights of Eastern Airlines, including nearly 250,000 protective suits and more than 130,000 masks. It is also the first batch of epidemic prevention and control suppliestransported by charter flights in Shanghai.

State Grid Shanghai has collected and analyzed the big data on the power consumption of large 10kV+ industrial enterprises and general enterprises across the city. It was found that over 60% of the enterprises in Shanghai have resumed production, which are running smoothly in various industries. As soon as the epidemic entered the stage of tough fight, Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatizationreleased the "Notice on the Collection of the First Batch of New Technologies, Products and Applications for the Prevention and Control of New Coronavirus Pneumonia". In just 14 days, a total of nearly 900 innovative technologies, applicationsand products were collected online, involving biomedicine, artificial intelligence, big data and other related fields, which have become the "hardcore forces" in response to the epidemic.
5. Shanghai has resumed the production of the information and communications industries and fully launched the construction of 5G network in 2020 (2.26)

6. The investments in major projects hit record high at RMB150 billion in Shanghai (2.27)
On February 24th, the main structures of the 10th China Flower Expo Park officially started construction, which was one of the first major projects in Shanghai to resume production. In general, Shanghai's construction is gradually back to track. As of last weekend, 14 major projects in Shanghai have been resumed.
