The highest technological content! Economic and informationization elements in CCTV’s Spring Festival Gala

On February 9th, the Chinese New Year's Eve, CCTV’s "Spring Festival Gala 2024" was comprehensively optimized for three types of terminals, namely TVs, public large screens and mobile phones, which offered ultra-high-definition exquisite production and an immersive audio-visual feast to Chinese people all over the world.

In Xi'an venue, Li Bai and the audience praised "Going Into Wine", which was backed by the optical motion capture system providing stable and accurate motion data support for animation performance in AR scene on mobile phones.

Shenyang venue was fully "industrialist", and this stage was the old workshop built in Shenyang China Industrial Museum. The stage background was full of chip elements, and unmanned aerial vehicles took off over Hunhe River, creating dynamic patterns.

Changsha venue was full of machinery. Changsha Zoomlion Smart Industry City, with the help of advanced technologies such as 5G+ Industrial Internet of Things and AI, can roll off an excavator every 6 minutes, build a truck crane every 17 minutes and produce a concrete pump truck every 27 minutes.

The dragon-shaped stage vividly interpreted the soaring posture of "Flying Dragon in the Sky", while hundreds of LED screens cooperated with the ultra-high-definition video control and supervision system independently developed by CCTV to broadcast and control centrally, thus realizing the scenes of the Spring Festival Gala at the main station.

On the Chinese New Year's Eve, CCTV’s Spring Festival Gala accompanied hundreds of millions of viewers to spend the festive season. Whether it was the virtual and real integration technology of XR + VP, the collaborative application of "scene, screen, sound and light", or the panoramic companionship of multi-screen communication, the Spring Festival Gala of the Year of the Dragon glowed with new brilliance with the help of science and technology.
