On the morning of January 22nd, Xuhui District and China Telecom Shanghai Company (hereinafter referred to as "Shanghai Telecom") jointly held the product launch conference of artificial intelligence public computing power service, which was attended and delivered by Zhang Hongtao, Vice Chairman of Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization. Mr. Zhang pointed out that artificial intelligence is a strategic technology leading a new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation, and Shanghai is making every effort to cultivate the whole industrial chain ecosystem of computing power network and empower artificial intelligence to develop at a high speed. It is hoped that Shanghai Telecom will increase investment, build an intelligent computing power base, create various types of intelligent computing service products, meet the computing power needs of various types of artificial intelligence enterprises, and realize the inclusive sharing of computing power resources; Continue to innovate and take the initiative to promote the evolution and upgrading of traditional networks to the integration of "cloud network edge security" and create "Zhiyun Shanghai"; Relying on rich scenarios and customer advantages, we will build a cooperation and empowerment platform, explore cooperation opportunities from upstream and downstream such as financial services, chips, computing power networks, large models and application services, and empower enterprises settled in the "model speed space" community to grow rapidly.
