Li Zheng awarded the first batch of future industrial pilot areas at Zhangjiang, Lingang and Great Neobay. Zhong Zhihua and Ning Guang jointly unveiled the Medical Sub-center of Academician Expert Achievement Exhibition and Transformation Center of Chinese Academy of Engineering, and Zhuang Mudi awarded the licenses to the National Technological Innovation Demonstration Enterprises and the National Enterprise Technology Centers in 2022. Through the layout of future industrial pilot areas and innovation platforms, the agglomeration of innovation elements was accelerated, the carrier function was improved, and "building nests and attracting phoenixes" was realized. Shanghai (Zhangjiang) Future Industrial Pilot Zone focuses on future health, future chips, future intelligence and future energy materials, while Shanghai (Lingang) Future Industrial Pilot Zone focuses on future healthcare, future intelligence, future energy and future space. Shanghai (Neobay) Future Industrial Pilot Zone focuses on future intelligence, future energy and future space, and strives to play a leading role in institutional innovation, policy supply, achievement transformation and demonstration application. The Medical Sub-center will rely on the innovative strategic resources of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, give full play to the advantages of Shanghai's biomedical industry highland, build a platform for displaying and transforming medical achievements, meet the technological innovation needs of enterprises, and build a new highland for the integration of production and medicine in the Yangtze River Delta.
Cheng Peng, together with the responsible persons of Shanghai Culture, Radio, Film and Television Group Co., Ltd., iQiyi, Tencent, Youku and other units, jointly released the program "Scholars Speak - Academicians Talk about the Future". Each episode of the program will invite one academician to communicate with five scientists and entrepreneurs, focusing on future industries, and talking about innovation achievements and the implementation path of R&D industrialization. There will be five episodes in this season, and five academicians, Zhu Meifang, Zhang Xu, Ding Wenjiang, Lu Jun and Ning Guang, will be invited. Wu Jincheng awarded Shanghai Advanced Technology Textile Manufacturing Innovation Center and Shanghai Smart Medical Manufacturing Innovation Center. Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization launched the Future Industry Star Competition together with relevant units, focusing on cutting-edge science and technology and application innovation globally in the mode of "project+talent", transforming innovation achievements into visible "productivity", and providing power support for Shanghai to build a future industrial innovation highland.
At the conference, Shanghai Zhongchuang Future Industry Research Institute was established at Baoshan District, and a number of upstream and downstream enterprises in the industrial chain signed innovative consortia. Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization signed the third batch of special financial support programs for innovative enterprises with two banks, focusing on the deep integration of "government, industry, university and research funds", promoting resource integration, think tank empowerment, linkage from top to bottom, industry and finance coordination, and building a new ecology of win-win cooperation. Shanghai Zhongchuang Future Industry Research Institute will closely follow the international cutting-edge technology direction, carry out future state-of-art industry research, hold brand activities and integrate various resources to help the future industrial development of Shanghai and Baoshan District. The special financial support plan focuses on the painful and difficult problems such as high risk of R&D investment, long payback period, tight cash flow, difficult mortgage of credit financing, high interest rate and long approval period, and introduces special services such as "R&D loan" and "pilot loan", which will better support the industrialization of R&D activities of enterprises in Shanghai. At present, the accumulated credit funds of this special program have reached RMB820 billion, serving more than 2,100 enterprises.
Hard core release, showing the highlights of industrial innovation
Hard core technologies refer to the cutting-edge technologies in high technology, which directly leads the development direction of emerging industries and is also the direction of future industrial development. The conference released the "Top 100 Shanghai Hard Core Technology Enterprises in 2023". The listed enterprises are concentrated in the "3+6" key industries, among which 59 belong to the three leading industries, and 52% are listed through the main board and STAR board. The conference also released Shanghai Industrial Technology Innovation and Development Report 2022 and Shanghai Quality Benchmarking Achievement Case Collection 2022.
