The first RISC-V World Conference China held in Shanghai

On the morning of June 22nd, the opening ceremony of the first RISC-V World Conference China was held in Shanghai University of Science and Technology. Ni Guangnan, Fellow of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, Mark Himelstein, Chief Technology Officer of RISC-V International Foundation, and Jiang Ge, Vice President of Shanghai University of Science and Technology, gave keynote speeches. Fu Xinhua, Vice Chairman of Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization, attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech.

The first RISC-V World Conference China was held at Shanghai University of Science and Technology from June 21st to 27th, 2021, and was jointly organized by Shanghai University of Science and Technology and the Institute of Software, Chinese Academy of Sciences. This event was conducted both online and offline, including a variety of workshops and RISC-V vendor tutorials. It attracted more than 100 enterprises and 1,000 participants from all over the world, in addition to over 10,000 online participants. It also set up a product exhibition with RISC-V theme, with more than 100 exhibitors.
