      On September 8th, themilitary-civilian radio security technology drill in the Yangtze River Delta in 2020 was held at Jinze Town, Qingpu District. XieCun, Deputy Director of Radio Administration Bureau of MIIT, was present and made a speech. Relevant leaders also made speeches, including Wu Jincheng,Chairman of Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization, Chi Yu, Deputy Director of Jiangsu Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, Ma Jinyue, Deputy Director of Economic and Information Department of Zhejiang Province, Yang Ming, Deputy Secretary and Deputy Director of the Party Group of Anhui Economic and Information Department, and Huang Biao, Chief Engineer of National Radio Monitoring Center. The opening ceremony was presided over by Zhang Jianming, Vice Chairman of Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization. Leaders at the meeting jointly launched the drill, inspected the drill team and equipment, and observed some of the drill projects on site.

 

      A variety of innovative forms were integrated into the radio security technology drill. First of all, it was the first time to try to broadcast the drill online within the national radio management authority. The drill project was broadcasted from multiple perspectives such as video, UAV and track map, and online interactive content was added to improve the effect of online observation experience. Second, it cooperated with professional art groups for the first time. Shanghai Song and Dance Troupe presented a short video of "Never Vanishing Radio Wave" for the opening ceremony, which effectively carried forward the glorious revolutionary tradition in the field of radio, set off a strong red atmosphere, comprehensively displayed the spiritual appearance and scientific and technological equipment of the participating teams, and enhanced the learning and exchange between the participating teams.

 

      Sponsored by Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization (Shanghai Radio Administration Bureau), this drill had six teams including Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Anhui Radio management organizations, Shanghai Station of National Radio Monitoring Center, and Eastern war zone. There were five drills including illegal station investigation, direction finding and positioning, signal analysis, interference investigation and theoretical knowledge examination Project. All teams will compete for the total performance and individual winning awards in the next two days. There were 16 military and local related units participating in the drill, and nearly 5,000 people watched live online.
