      On August 10th, Lu Ming, Vice Chairman of Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization, visited Shanghai Stock Exchange for research. The team conducted in-depth research and exchanged on strengthening cooperation between the two parties to form a new pattern of dual circulation between capital market and industrial development.

 

      Mr. Lu fully affirmed the contribution of Shanghai Stock Exchange to the capital market and industrial development. He pointed out that the Commission and Shanghai Stock Exchange should form working linkage, deepen cooperation, and jointly serve the enterprises to be listed. First, resources should be concentrated. It is important to focus on strategic emerging industries and key areas, jointly explore a number of high-quality science and technology innovation enterprises, speed up the supply of policies and services, and promote the development of high growth science and technology innovation enterprises. Second, the cultivation activities should be refined. The two sides will deepen cooperation, focus on Beidou navigation, integrated circuit, artificial intelligence, biomedicine, high-end equipment manufacturing and other fields, form a series of industry-oriented cultivation actions, and create more industry classes and characteristic classes. And third, personnel should be specialized. It is necessary to strengthen exchanges among cadres, enhance exchanges and understand the latest work trends, and carry out two-way professional guidance on industrial policies and listing policies. Fourth, services should be diversified. It is important to transform the capital market services into the standard allocation of investment promotion policies in each park and enhance the attractiveness of listing promotion and investment promotion.
