    Undertake the budget management, financial management, state-owned assets management, internal audit and other work of the Commission and affiliated units. Plan and coordinate special fund budgeting, comprehensive balance and process management, and supervise special fund projects. Undertake the audit of the economic responsibilities of the leaders at directly affiliated units.
